All our plans are delivered as a high-resolution PDF file, ready for instant download after purchase. You can print them at home or at a local print shop.
Do you offer support during the build?
While our plans are designed to be as clear as possible, we are happy to answer specific questions about the plans themselves. Please note that we cannot provide general construction or engineering advice for your specific site conditions.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once a plan has been downloaded. If you have any issues with your file, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
